Tailored for the local owner-occupier, IVA consists of 35 beautifully appointed single-level residences. It is a fine example of a developer that has local sensitivity and legacy firmly in mind.
Designed to sit comfortably within the local neighbourhood, the red-brick façade houses the first two floors of luxury one, two and three-bedroom apartments, while the sandstone finish of levels three and four steps back respectfully from the street frontage.
Fitting with our philosophy of only developing strategically-led and genuinely bespoke creative, we were handpicked to work alongside our client on this unique project. Having grown up in the area, this project was particularly close to their heart. It was important that every aspect of the project – from architecture to marketing – remained true to Ivanhoe.
Much like our client, we tailor what we do to the unique requirements of each and every project. By immersing ourselves in every aspect – from architecture and interior design through to surveying and interviewing local Ivanhoe business owners, we've crafted something unique. Brand positioning, naming, identity, collateral and website were developed and activated through a comprehensive print and digital lead generation campaign.
Unlike many 'soulless' brands in the marketplace, we believe IVA stands as an effective example of how to differentiate from competitors and connect with a mature owner-occupier market via a brand that is warm, enagaging and personable. It is also an example of how to demonstrate to prospective buyers a product that is designed by locals, with with local buyers in mind.
