With the recent upswing in property marketing, many paper brands have quickly adapted to refresh their range in order to capitalise on the sector. The natural colours, cotton content and textural finish of the Stephen range meant it was a natural fit, however it simply wasn’t ‘front of mind’ for graphic designers and was underperforming as a result.
Assembly, with our depth of knowledge in the property marketing sector — and of course being creatives ourselves — were uniquely positioned to help out. Our connections to A-grade digital artists and property developers allowed us to form a project team with unrivalled credentials. And combined with our strategic guidance, design, creative copywriting and specialist print production knowledge, we got to work on creating a best-practice promotional initiative.
Partnering with award-winning Gunn and Taylor printers, we developed a highly detailed print specification that best demonstrated the performance and inherent character of the papers. Featuring five different paper stocks across three different colours, it also included a dust jacket, four metallic foils, multi-level emboss, gate-fold and five colour printing.
Extensively promoted and distributed via the network of Spicers paper representatives nationally, the project has reinvigorated the Stephen brand and injected new life into sales, once again putting it at the forefront of the creative industry.
