Windsor’s Future Workplace

At home amongst the homes, 1 Eastbourne is surrounded by quaint residences and period homes, and sits just moments from the Windsor end of Chapel Street. Professional yet relaxed, it’s a workplace designed for the most discerning of tenants.

Nestled in a side street, it exudes warmth and local character. It’s a building where people will know each other; an informal collection of like-minded businesses. It’s designed to be a place to flourish and succeed. A workplace with exceptional amenity, it will ideally position tenants to attract and retain the best talent.

Our work began by curating a hand-picked team of specialists across renders, writing, image-making and a range of other disciplines. Selecting Gabriel Saunders for their incredible dedication to their craft, we set about creating a brand led by imagery — one that would be evocative, sophisticated and appeal to the most discerning tenants.

Collaborating closely with Gabriel Saunders, we helped shape a suite of renders that not only showcased the exceptional architecture of Jackson Clements Burrows, but also carefully ‘placed’ the building amongst its residential neighbours. Masonry, glass and concrete materiality was prioritised to ensure the attention to detail and gravitas of the design were evident.

Ensuring we created a truly integrated suite of marketing materials, renowned photographer Derek Swalwell was commissioned to produce a remarkable series of artistic images, capturing the atmosphere and eclectic nature of Windsor. These were then showcased within the renders themselves — as feature artwork on the walls — further elevating the 1 Eastbourne brand beyond what is typically seen in the commercial leasing space.

Welcome to Windsor — a nod to the wonderful community who choose to live and work around the Windsor end of Chapel Street. A narrative that added personality and flavour to the local story.
