When it comes to grabbing attention, there’s nothing quite like a rooftop pool looking on to the city. Forming the centrepiece of the campaign, it was prominently used across lead generation and balanced with smaller, more nuanced stories of design and materiality. Bergman & Co — a celebrated team of interior designers credited with creating some of Melbourne’s hippest venues including Hawker Hall, Giant Steps and Chin — developed a tailored-industrial style, providing a rare tactile beauty across the material palette.
A stunning display suite, based largely on new-generation technology such as virtual reality, touchscreens, video and ambient motion, showcased architecture and materiality in unexpected ways.
A wide range of collateral was developed to support the sales team, including product brochure, lifestyle magazine and a suite of information-style leaflets. Elegantly contained in a stylish, reusable carry bag, they included investment statistics, FAQ’s and fixtures providing valuable information to buyers.
Along with strategic videos focusing on investment, architecture and interior design, ambient footage played an important part in the display suite experience. Drawn from the immediate vicinity of the development, the footage helped add a contemporary, calm and atmospheric edge to the display suite experience.
