A clearly defined strategy underpinned a brand narrative that – unapologetically – appealed to businesses who aspire to look good, where appearances are everything. They understand their employees want to not only work in a convenient and ‘happening’ area, but also want nuanced and real experiences within a foundation of wellbeing.

An extensive leasing kit, including printed Information Memorandum, was created to support the leasing team, including detailed information on precinct amenities, floor plates, local area, and on-site retail food and beverage – elegantly contained in a stylish presentation box.
