For Assembly, it was important to not only articulate the Moda vision to potential buyers, but also develop a brand narrative that focused the energy of broader project teams. Moda has a long-term vision to build a highly respected brand, grounded in authenticity and constantly pursuing excellence. It’s about building brand loyalty with buyers, which saw them step away from a standalone ‘project brand’ model in 2016, adopting a multi-year implementation plan developed by Assembly. It provides a clear brand pathway to effectively manage short-term project marketing needs, whilst simultaneously building long-term brand equity in the Moda brand.
