Melbourne, and particularly Cremorne, is home to many impressive co-working spaces. Not Your Typical Space is intended to be a little different. Smaller, more exclusive and most importantly – better designed. Not a typical co-working space, nor an old-school office space, it’s probably somewhere in the middle. Blessed with a brand-new Fieldwork-designed building, an A-grade Cremorne location, stunning city views, Frederic restaurant, Freds wine bar and limited to only 28 desks, it’s a little bit un-usual and a little bit cool. No noisy skateboards, no crusty old carpet and thankfully a no d**khead policy.

As we’ve described it – it’s perfect those businesses who value appearances, and want to appear valuable.
